Returns and Refunds

  • You have 14 days from delivery of your order to return it for a full refund or store credit.
  • After 14 days, you are welcome to still return your product for store credit.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
  • Unfortunately, all sale items are final sale only.  All other products are eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, just contact us and we’ll set it right.  We may ask you for a picture so we can better analyze where things went wrong and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
  • We try to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible by providing you with a pre-paid shipping label.  Just repackage the product, put the label on, and send it back.
  • Products must be in their original and unused condition to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Funds for refunds and store credit will be processed immediately after we confirm receipt of the product on our end.
